# Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Place the machine on a flat, level surface
Ensure it is stable and within reach of a power supply.
2. Mix the slush
* Add the correct Slush Monkey syrup
* Top up with water to the fill line
(Never use syrup without diluting)
3. Switch to FREEZE / SLUSH mode
Each bowl has its own control, allowing flavours to freeze independently.
4. Allow time to freeze
Slush is usually ready within 30–60 minutes, depending on room temperature.
5. Serve and enjoy
